Nicole Deniset

Nicole Deniset, a pivotal associate within our Toronto-based Labour & Employment Law Group, brings a comprehensive and informed approach to handling a myriad of labour and employment issues. Her tenure at the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa during the 2018-2019 term, focusing on federal administrative law, has equipped her with a solid foundation in legal analysis and application. Before her arrival at McCarthy Tétrault in 2021, Nicole honed her skills in the labour and employment sector at a well-regarded full-service law firm in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

A graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Juris Doctor in 2018, Nicole's law school journey was marked by her roles as a Law Journal Editor and Legal Research Assistant, alongside being recognized with several academic accolades. Her proficiency in both French and English enhances her capability to serve a broad clientele.
