Her journey into law began at Western University, where she secured her JD in 2020. Rebecca's time in law school was marked by her active engagement with the Western Business Law Clinic. Here, she dedicated her efforts to offering pro bono legal advice to budding entrepreneurs and nascent startups, demonstrating an early commitment to blending legal expertise with community service. Additionally, she took on the role of a Peer Mentor, guiding first-year law students as they navigated the challenges of their initial legal studies. Before stepping into the legal realm, Rebecca laid her academic foundations at Queen’s University, earning a BA in Political Studies in 2016.

Her professional pathway saw her joining a prominent law firm in Toronto as a summer student in 2019, a pivotal experience that paved the way for her subsequent completion of articles with the same firm in 2021.
