Sara Kushner

Sara Kushner, a distinguished member of our Toronto Litigation Group, offers a broad spectrum of legal expertise across general litigation. Her courtroom presence spans from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to the Ontario Court of Appeal, where she has adeptly handled both jury and non-jury trials, along with appeals on a wide array of issues.

In her remarkable legal journey, Sara has defended clients in interactions with administrative bodies like the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, showcasing her versatility and depth of knowledge in regulatory matters.

A standout aspect of Sara’s practice involves her compassionate work with the Unaccompanied Minors Project, where she represents unaccompanied minors seeking refugee status in Canada, underscoring her commitment to vulnerable groups.
