Sarah Ferguson

Sarah Ferguson, a key member of the Business Law Group in Toronto, specializes in corporate and commercial law, offering her expertise to a diverse clientele across various sectors. Her work spans retail and consumer markets, capital markets, banking, and the tech industry, and she plays a pivotal role in mentoring start-ups through the MT>Ventures program. Her recent work showcases her versatility and depth of knowledge, such as guiding SalonCentric Canada, a L'Oreal Canada subsidiary, through its acquisition of Alternative Beauty Services Ltd., and advising on the private placement issuance by Great Lakes Power Holdings and others totaling approximately $346 million. Her contributions to Nestlé S.A.’s acquisition and Toronto Dominion Bank’s $3 billion public offering highlight her capability in high-stakes transactions.
