Matthew Diskin

Matthew, a partner within the Intellectual Property division in our Toronto location, focuses his practice on a trio of specialties: intellectual property, commercial litigation, and media and entertainment law. Fluent in both English and French, he offers a broad skill set, from managing IP disputes, safeguarding against the misuse of confidential information, to handling civil fraud, contract disputes, and defamation cases.
