Bradley McLellan

Bradley McLellan, serving as counsel with a wealth of background in both infrastructure projects and commercial real estate, became a member of the Ontario Bar in 1979. His academic journey began with a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Western Ontario, followed by an LL.B. from the University of Toronto. His expertise encompasses a range of practice areas, notably in Corporate & Commercial, Expropriation, Infrastructure/P3, and Real Property.

Brad's significant contributions include guiding public sector entities through the complexities of major infrastructure endeavors and commercial real estate transactions. His work spans various projects, including rapid transit systems, sports facilities, entertainment hubs, and comprehensive downtown revitalizations.

Beyond his practice, Brad has shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor, teaching Real Estate Transactions at the University of Toronto Law School for 17 years and at Osgoode Hall Law School for three years. His written works include "Real Estate Law" and contributions to "Condominium: The Law and Administration in Ontario," along with numerous articles on real estate law, condominium law, and environmental considerations in real estate transactions.

Brad has been consistently recognized by his peers and legal directories for his expertise and contributions to real estate and infrastructure law, earning the Ontario Bar Association’s 2011 Award of Excellence in Real Estate among other accolades.
