Eric's journey in law began at our firm as a summer student in 2017, transitioning into a full-fledged articling student by 2018. His tenure included a strategic secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he delved into various regulatory initiatives, enriching his understanding and expertise in the field. A J.D. holder from Western University and a B.Comm. graduate from Queen's University, Eric's legal acumen is backed by a robust educational foundation.

His involvement in significant transactions, such as TransAlta Renewables Inc.'s financing project, Flexiti Financial Inc.'s securitization facility, and TELUS Corporation's credit facility, among others, underscores his capacity to navigate complex financial structures and deliver optimal solutions. Eric's global perspective is further enhanced by his prior experiences in the mining sector and his volunteer work in microfinance in Peru.
