Tiana Corovic

Tiana Corovic has carved a niche for herself in the bustling Toronto legal scene, focusing on the increasingly critical fields of technology, privacy, and data protection, alongside general corporate law. Her journey in the legal domain began with a summer stint at our firm in 2019, setting the stage for her return to complete her articling year between 2020 and 2021. This period included a noteworthy secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada, where Tiana honed her skills on a variety of corporate and commercial projects.

Her academic journey was equally impressive, with a legal education from the University of Toronto in 2020, backed by a foundational BSc from McGill University, where she graduated with honors in 2016. Tiana's leadership skills shone through during her law school years, particularly in her role as co-president of the Litigation Association, and her active involvement in the criminal division of Downtown Legal Services stands out. Furthermore, her work as a research assistant in global health affairs at the Rotman School of Management showcases her versatile interests and capabilities.

Since being admitted to the Ontario bar in 2021, Tiana's blend of corporate insight and technological acumen has made her an invaluable asset to our Toronto office, where she continues to navigate the complex interplay between emerging tech trends and the legal frameworks that govern them.
