Danielle's legal expertise lies at the intersection of corporate and commercial law, particularly in intricate technology transactions. She excels in guiding clients through the legal intricacies of technology development, outsourcing, procurement, as well as the licensing and transfer of hardware, software, and various intellectual property assets. Her clientele is diverse, encompassing financial institutions, governmental bodies, tech service firms, retailers, and insurers.
