Deborah Dalfen leads as Torys' Chief Professional Resources Officer, focusing on nurturing the firm's legal talent from the ground up. Her role spans the entire spectrum of career development for legal professionals, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, engagement, diversity and inclusion efforts, as well as professional growth and performance evaluation. With her certification as an Executive Coach, Deborah plays a pivotal role in providing personalized career guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the firm's partners, counsel, and associates.

She is at the helm of the firm's Associate Committee and actively participates in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
