His notable accomplishments include facilitating the acquisition of Champion Petfoods by Mars Petcare, a subsidiary of Mars, Incorporated, and advising the Bank of Montreal on its strategic purchase of Radicle Group Inc., a front-runner in sustainability consultancy and emissions management based in Calgary. Jason played a critical role in the sale of Barrette Outdoor Living Inc. by TorQuest Partners and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec to CRH plc, marking a significant transaction in the building materials sector valued at US$1.9 billion. His involvement in Brookfield Business Partners' restructuring and Brookfield Asset Management's US$500 million note offering underscores his capacity to navigate complex cross-border financial dealings.
