Linda Plumpton

Linda leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice at her firm, distinguished for her expertise spanning competition litigation, class action defense, and various corporate and securities disputes. Her extensive experience includes representing clients before the Supreme Court of Canada, all Ontario courts, the Federal Court, the Competition Tribunal, and the Ontario Securities Commission. She also offers guidance on public, constitutional law, and employment matters.
