Nadine's expertise spans a wide spectrum, assisting lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in a variety of financing arrangements that include syndicated loans, private equity funding, acquisition financings, and debt offerings, both within and beyond Canadian borders.

Her notable contributions include guiding TD Bank and a group of lenders in establishing a C$300 million senior secured credit arrangement for Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc., the premier ski resort in North America. She also played a key role as Canadian legal advisor in the financing provided by China Development Bank to CNOOC for its US$15.1 billion acquisition of Nexen Inc. Additionally, she has been instrumental in Hellman & Friedman's US$4.4 billion purchase of Hub International Limited, and facilitated a C$90 million senior secured revolving credit facility for Capstone Infrastructure Corporation through Royal Bank of Canada.
