Nicole, a seasoned legal mind specializing in safeguarding intellectual property through trademark law, brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her expertise spans the intricacies of trademark clearance, prosecution, opposition, and licensing, both domestically and internationally.

As a registered Canadian Trademark Agent, Nicole's dedication to her craft has not gone unnoticed. Her stellar performance on the 2016 Canadian Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination earned her the prestigious Intellectual Property Institute of Canada's Education Foundation Prize.

In addition to her remarkable achievements, Nicole's professional journey is punctuated by accolades and recognitions. She has been lauded as a Rising Star by Managing IP's IP Stars from 2019 to 2021 and honored as a Rising Star in trademarks in Canada by the LMG Rising Star Awards Americas in 2020. The Best Lawyers in Canada acknowledged her as One to Watch in intellectual property law for the years 2023 and 2024.

Beyond her individual accomplishments, Nicole actively contributes to the legal community. A distinguished alumna, Nicole pursued a Concentration in Intellectual Property, Information, and Technology Law during her tenure at the University of Western Ontario, where she earned her JD with Distinction in 2013. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University in 2010 and an Honours BSc, earning the coveted Gold Medal in Biology, in 2009, also from Queen's University.
