With expertise in areas like artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, she crafts strategies that align with our clients' unique needs and goals.

Her past roles, including advising a Canadian stock exchange and consulting for fast-paced tech firms, equip her with a nuanced perspective on streamlining operations, minimizing risk, and employing tech solutions to achieve strategic legal outcomes.

Pearl is also proficient in Korean.

In her academic years, Pearl engaged with the Laws in Action Within Schools (LAWS) initiative, enhancing legal education among high schoolers to foster success and civic engagement. She represented Osgoode Hall at Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC), offering complimentary legal aid to underserved communities.

Beyond her professional commitments, Pearl is actively involved with community groups such as Wonder’s Playground, aimed at creating inclusive environments for autistic kids, and Yellow Brick House, supporting women and children overcoming abuse to find footing in society once more.

Her educational background is from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she earned her JD in 2018, after completing her honors bachelor's degree at the University of Toronto in 2014. Pearl was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2020, bringing her vast knowledge and compassionate approach to her practice.
