Scarlett is deeply immersed in the realm of commercial real estate law, offering sage advice on a variety of transactions including buying and selling property, crafting partnership deals, and managing financings for a spectrum of assets like offices, retail spaces, industrial sites, seniors' residences, and undeveloped land.

In her notable achievements, Scarlett played a pivotal role in the merger of 123Dentist with Altima Dental and Lapointe Group, a complex deal that also involved equity contributions from KKR & Co. Inc. and a strategic partnership with Heartland Dental. Her expertise was also instrumental in facilitating Dream Residential REIT's significant initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange, valued at US$125.1 million.

Scarlett's innovative approach to legal advisement shone through in Extendicare's groundbreaking long-term care agreements with Revera Inc., including a nuanced deal involving the acquisition of managed interest and operational management agreements across multiple provinces, alongside a redevelopment joint venture aimed at revitalizing long-term care facilities.
