Dania is a pivotal partner within our Corporate/Commercial Group, handling a broad spectrum of transactions for our clients. These include but are not limited to mergers, acquisitions, and the sale of businesses.

From the initial negotiations to the finalizing of deals, Dania provides comprehensive support and guidance. Beyond these transactions, she offers ongoing advice on various aspects of commercial and business law that impact the daily operations of companies.

Her areas of expertise are in Private Equity & Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, and broader Corporate/Commercial matters.

Dania's professional credentials are reinforced by her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2016, after graduating cum laude with a JD from the University of Ottawa in 2015, and achieving a BA (Hons. high distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012. Her dedication to understanding and meeting the legal needs of businesses makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.
