Devon R. Kapoor is an integral member of Lenczner Slaght, bringing to the table a wide-ranging civil litigation practice. His expertise encompasses appeals, class actions, commercial and securities litigation, public and intellectual property law. Before his association with Lenczner Slaght, Devon honed his skills in New York, working for a prestigious international law firm. There, he advocated for a diverse clientele, including public and private entities, local governments, and individuals across various judicial forums.

Additionally, Devon's legal journey includes clerkships with Justice Michael J. Moldaver at the Supreme Court of Canada and with Chief Justice George R. Strathy and Justice Michael H. Tulloch at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, enriching his experience with high-level judicial insight.

His education at Osgoode Hall Law School culminated in a JD/MBA, during which he earned significant academic recognition, including the Bronze Medal for his outstanding performance.

Devon's areas of practice are extensive, covering appeals, arbitration, class actions, commercial litigation, employment, public law, and securities litigation. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and later to the New York Bar in 2022.
