She offers comprehensive guidance to employers on issues ranging from the initial employment phase, including hiring practices, to navigating complex areas like employment standards, human rights, and labor relations. Her insights also extend to workplace safety, privacy concerns, occupational health, and resolving wrongful dismissals. After joining the Ontario Bar in 2018, Alysha, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with both a JD and an Honors BA, has dedicated her practice to assisting employers in navigating the intricacies of employment and labor legislation.
