Her journey in the legal field commenced in the Restructuring & Insolvency group at Blakes, showcasing her adeptness in navigating complex legal landscapes. Amanda's career path took her beyond Blakes, where she embraced the role of general counsel at a foremost Canadian company specializing in registered education savings plans, before returning to Blakes in the General Counsel's Office.

Amanda's academic achievements include earning her LLB from Osgoode Hall in 2001, following her undergraduate studies at McGill University, where she graduated in 1998. Her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2002 marked the beginning of her legal profession.
