Andrew Cunningham

Andrew Cunningham contributes his expertise to the Knowledge Management Group, with a primary focus on steering the firm's external publications. His role includes writing, editing, and offering editorial and strategic guidance on various marketing and business development endeavors across the firm. Andrew is particularly knowledgeable in commercial law, with a specialized focus on issues pertaining to director and officer liability.

In his professional capacity, Andrew actively participates in the Law Society of Ontario. His contributions extend to advising on the Law Society's examination of alternative business structures and representing the firm at numerous Legal Marketing Association conferences.

Before joining his current firm, Andrew was part of another national law firm. Following this, he delved into the academic world, working towards a doctorate in philosophy. During his doctoral studies, he taught courses at the University of Toronto in logic, engineering ethics, and legal philosophy. Andrew's scholarly work includes several published academic articles, reviews, and book chapters, spanning the history of philosophy and economics to discussions on contemporary legal issues.
