Moreover, his work with Sagicor Financial Company Ltd. for the acquisition of ivari from Wilton Re Ltd., showcases his capabilities in handling large-scale, complex deals. Additionally, Anthony played a pivotal role in overseeing the initial public offering and subsequent secondary offering for Magnet Forensics Inc., further demonstrating his adeptness in the field of corporate finance.
