Caroline Farrell

Caroline Farrell, serving as an associate within the Corporate Group, dedicates her expertise to a spectrum of areas including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, corporate finance, along with a wide range of corporate and commercial law practices.

Registered with the Law Society of Ontario, Caroline demonstrates her commitment to the legal profession and adherence to its standards.

Her areas of focus encompass:

- Overseeing Capital Markets activities.

Caroline’s academic foundation is robust, with a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School completed in 2022, and an Honors B.A. with distinction from Western University achieved in 2019. She was welcomed into the Ontario Bar in 2023.

In her recent professional undertakings, Caroline played a pivotal role in advising Polycorp Ltd., a premier manufacturer of engineered elastomer solutions, on its acquisition by Arsenal Capital Partners. She was also instrumental in facilitating the sale of Yorkwest Plumbing Supply Inc. to Wolseley Canada Inc., and providing legal counsel to HSBC Holdings plc for the significant C$13.5 billion divestment of HSBC Bank Canada and its subsidiaries to the Royal Bank of Canada.
