Danya Firestone

Danya Firestone, operating as an associate within the Corporate Group, dedicates her expertise to a broad spectrum including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, as well as overarching corporate governance and commercial law matters.

She holds membership with the Law Society of Ontario, affirming her professional commitment and adherence to legal standards.

Danya's background is rich with practical experience, having interned at a leading global entertainment company during her legal education. Furthermore, while pursuing her M.B.A., she provided advisory services to an incubator supporting early-stage startups, showcasing her aptitude for business and law.
