Emily Pace

Emily Pace holds the position of Associate Director, Business Development, within the Toronto office, where she plays a crucial role in enhancing business growth and development. Her responsibilities include crafting client proposals, orchestrating presentations, responding to RFPs, strategizing on mandate pricing, and managing submissions for legal directories.

Her professional journey is marked by membership with the Law Society of Ontario, highlighting her legal background and commitment to professional excellence.

Before her tenure at Stikeman Elliott, Emily garnered experience at a boutique labour and employment firm in Toronto and further honed her skills in the Labour and Employment Group of a full-service firm located in west Toronto. Her academic pursuits were enriched by exchange programs at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and the University of Nottingham, England, providing her with a global perspective.

Emily’s educational foundation includes a J.D. from Western University and a B.A. from McGill University. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2019, signifying her formal entry into the legal profession.
