Frank Bozzo

Frank Bozzo, serving as an associate within the Real Estate Group, offers expertise in a wide spectrum of commercial real estate law, including the purchase and sale of properties, commercial leasing, and financing ventures.

Bozzo is registered with the Law Society of Ontario, indicating his professional credentials and commitment to legal practice in the region.

Before his role at Stikeman Elliott in 2022, Frank gained valuable experience with the firm, contributing as both a summer student and articling student.

Frank's academic journey led him to earn a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2021, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Commerce at McMaster University in 2018. His bar admission in Ontario was granted in 2022.

One of Frank's notable contributions involved advising Axium Infrastructure Inc. and its partners in establishing a joint venture and the subsequent procurement of four long-term care facilities currently under development in Ontario from Extendicare.

In a significant move, Stikeman Elliott recently announced the return of 17 associates, including Frank, to its Toronto office, marking a reinforcement of its legal team.
