Hilary Crangle holds the pivotal role of Director of Associate Programs in the Toronto office, where she spearheads the comprehensive management of the associate program. Her duties encompass overseeing associate performance, fostering career progression, ensuring associate retention, managing lateral hires, and organizing secondments.

In her professional life, Hilary is affiliated with the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association, showcasing her commitment to her profession.

Hilary's journey in the legal field began at a prominent Canadian law firm, dedicating eight years to corporate law within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Following this, Hilary contributed her expertise as senior legal counsel at one of Canada's Big Five Banks, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic deals, and private equity initiatives.

Her educational background is robust, featuring a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. with great distinction from McGill University. Hilary's legal career in Ontario commenced with her bar admission in 2011.
