Isaac Ameerally

Isaac Ameerally, serving as an associate within the Corporate Group, devotes his legal practice to a spectrum of corporate disciplines including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, governance, and the broader scope of corporate and commercial law.

Among the significant projects he has contributed to, Isaac played a role in advising Teck Resources Limited on the strategic divestiture of its steelmaking coal business, Elk Valley Resources, to Glencore plc, reflecting an enterprise value of US$9B. Additionally, he was involved in the collective acquisition by Swander Pace Capital, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and Roynat Capital of Boulangerie St-Méthode, showcasing his capability in handling high-stakes transactions.
