Her contributions extend to her role in the Management Committee within the Toronto office. With a rich experience spanning over two and a half decades, Jennifer excels in guiding her clients through complex corporate and business law matters. Her expertise includes crafting and managing a broad spectrum of financing arrangements such as secured syndicated financings across senior, mezzanine, and subordinated levels, along with term loan and asset-based facilities, among others.

In the realm of mergers and acquisitions, Jennifer's advice is sought after across various sectors, where she assists strategic buyers, family-owned business entrepreneurs, and private equity investors through the intricacies of buying and selling businesses. Her proficiency also covers advising on transactions related to distressed debtors, offering strategic counsel on workouts, restructurings, and insolvency proceedings to navigate challenging financial landscapes effectively.

As a dedicated member of the Canadian Bar Association, Jennifer's contributions to legal education and industry knowledge sharing are noteworthy. Her recent engagements include advising Saks.com LLC on establishing new credit facilities that feature a syndicated senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility and a senior secured asset-based term loan. She also advised Saks OFF 5TH LLC and its holding company on securing a syndicated asset-based revolving credit facility and a term loan. Another notable project was guiding Hudson’s Bay Company in obtaining a syndicated asset-based term loan, showcasing her pivotal role in facilitating major financing transactions in the luxury retail and ecommerce sectors.
