Jonah Mann

Jonah Mann holds the prestigious position of Head of the Corporate Department and actively participates in the Toronto Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and compliance with securities law. Mann is known for advising Canadian public entities and top-tier investment banks on intricate capital market dealings, including IPOs, financing for acquisitions, transnational offerings, takeover bids, and corporate mergers. Additionally, he advised FFL Partners, LLC, and its co-investors in the C$970M take-private acquisition of New Look Vision Group Inc.
