Jordan Nensi

Jordan Nensi, fulfilling the role of an associate within the Real Estate Group, provides guidance to clients across both public and private sectors, specializing in a wide array of commercial real estate matters. His expertise encompasses property acquisitions and sales, financial dealings, leasing agreements, property developments, joint ventures, and offering real estate advice for corporate transactions.

As a practicing member of the Law Society of Ontario, Jordan upholds the highest professional standards in his field.

Jordan's early career includes a governance and controls analyst position at a premier Canadian banking institution during his undergraduate years. He also held a leadership position as the Chair of the Board for a significant not-for-profit organization on campus, catering to 20,000 students and managing a staff of 500. His academic achievements in law school were recognized with awards for the highest standing in Business Associations and Structuring Business Transactions.

Before his tenure as an associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP, Jordan gained valuable experience with the firm as both a summer and articling student.

His areas of practice are primarily focused on Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions, evidencing his diverse legal capabilities.

Jordan's educational background includes a J.D. and an honors degree in Commerce from Queen’s University, laying a solid foundation for his legal expertise. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2023, marking the commencement of his formal practice.

Among his notable work, Jordan has represented Yorkwest Plumbing Supply Inc. in its sale to Wolseley Canada Inc., assisted Teck Resources Limited in a major divestiture of its steelmaking coal business to Glencore plc, and facilitated the sale and joint venture between Oxford Properties Group Inc. and TPG, concerning Class-A industrial business parks, showcasing his active involvement in significant real estate transactions.
