His recent portfolio of work is impressive and diverse. For instance, Josh played a pivotal role in the C$1.8-billion privatization of Magnet Forensics Inc., a project under the auspices of Thoma Bravo, L.P. He also contributed his legal acumen to the acquisition of BHC Cable Assemblies by Electrical Components International, Inc., which is part of the Cerberus Capital Management L.P. portfolio, demonstrating his capacity to handle high-stakes transactions.

In the realm of capital markets, Josh was instrumental in Clear Sky Capital Inc.'s successful launch of Padlock Partners UK Fund III and IV's initial public offerings, which collectively raised nearly C$100 million.
