Justin Parappally

Justin Parappally, a distinguished partner in the Banking & Finance Group, is celebrated for his proficiency in various financing areas such as acquisition financing, gold streaming, mining debt finance, forward gold sales, debtor-in-possession financing, and asset-based lending. His clientele spans financial institutions, non-bank lenders, borrowers, and private equity funds, engaging in both domestic and international transactions. Additionally, Justin offers his expertise as corporate counsel to numerous Canadian corporations.

An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Justin contributes to these efforts as a member of the committee dedicated to these values in the Toronto office.

His professional affiliations include memberships with the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario, underscoring his active engagement in the legal community.

Outside of his legal practice, Justin is deeply involved with Hydrocephalus Canada, serving on its board. This charity is committed to enhancing the lives of those affected by spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus.

His recent professional endeavors include facilitating debt financing for a consortium led by Canderel Real Estate Property Inc. for a monumental acquisition, bank financing for Smith Financial Corporation's acquisition, and aiding American Pacific Group in a significant take-private acquisition.
