Kelly Niebergall

Kelly Niebergall holds a position as counsel within the Knowledge Management Group, focusing her practice on corporate and commercial law, particularly in the realms of financing and insolvency. She offers her services to both domestic and international financial institutions, venture capital funds, and corporate borrowers across a spectrum of financing arrangements, including cross-border and acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance, and equipment finance. Kelly's expertise extends to representing receivers and debtors in commercial insolvencies and transactions related to insolvency mergers and acquisitions.
