Lanette Wilkinson

Lanette Wilkinson holds a partnership role within the Real Estate, Energy, and Projects & Infrastructure Groups, where she brings her in-depth expertise to commercial real estate and energy transactions, project development, project finance, and construction.

Her work spans a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including the buying, selling, structuring, development, and financing of properties, along with commercial leasing and related matters.

Wilkinson's specific knowledge shines in the electricity and renewable energy sectors, advising an array of clients like developers, lenders, contractors, purchasers, and government agencies on various elements of the electricity sector. Her contributions cover project development and finance, negotiations of contracts, and mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of electricity projects. She frequently provides counsel on real estate, construction, procurement, and regulatory issues.

As a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Wilkinson maintains a strong professional presence. She contributes regularly to the firm’s Canadian Energy Law blog, sharing her insights and expertise.
