Logan Copen

Logan Copen, an associate within the Corporate Group, brings his expertise to the forefront in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance, alongside a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law. He extends his counsel to encompass corporate governance, regulatory compliance in securities, and ongoing disclosure requirements.

In addition to his legal practice, Logan actively contributes to the educational field as part of the teaching team for the Lawyer as Negotiator course and supervises students at the Osgoode Business Law Clinic. Furthermore, he provides mentorship to students at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. His professional affiliations include the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.

Logan's journey with Stikeman Elliott began as a summer student in 2013, followed by a notable legal intensive placement at the Hudson’s Bay Company in 2014. His articling period at Stikeman Elliott included a valuable secondment in the Capital Markets General Counsel Group at the Royal Bank of Canada.
