Luca Donato

Luca Di Donato is part of the Real Estate Group as an associate, where his expertise spans a comprehensive range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice is notably centered on the purchasing and selling of properties, commercial leasing agreements, and financing projects.

Before taking on his role at Stikeman Elliott in 2020, Luca gained invaluable experience at the same firm, initially contributing as a summer student before progressing to an articling student position.

His area of specialization encapsulates various aspects of real estate, including transactions involving Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), retail sector dealings, and mergers and acquisitions, illustrating his versatility and depth of knowledge in the field.

Luca’s academic journey led him to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2019, following his Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University in 2016. His formal admission to the Ontario Bar in 2020 marked the beginning of his professional career in law.
