Melissa Eisen

In her role as Director, Professional Resources and Development at the Toronto office, Melissa oversees the entire spectrum of activities related to the hiring, assimilation, training, and performance evaluation of Articling and Summer Law Students. Her duties extend to supervising the professional growth and educational programs for lawyers within the Toronto branch.

Melissa's journey with the firm commenced as a Summer Student in Toronto, leading to her tenure as an Associate within the Banking and Financial Services Group. Her career path also includes a significant stint at a real estate investment company, where she honed her expertise before returning to the firm in her current capacity.

She actively contributes to the firm's broader goals through her involvement in key committees like the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Associates Committee, showcasing her commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing professional environment.

Her educational background is equally impressive, holding a J.D. from Western University (2016) and a B.Com from McGill University (2012), with legal certification to practice in Ontario.
