Michael Decicco is integral to the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Groups as a partner, where he channels his extensive expertise into mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, alongside general corporate and commercial endeavors. Mike boasts a notable track record in handling intricate M&A activities, including SPAC qualifying transactions and both minority and majority stake investments, often orchestrating strategic deals across various sectors such as information technology, energy, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, mining, and entertainment. His proficiency extends to sophisticated capital markets operations, including initial public offerings, private placements, and business amalgamations.

As a part of the Technology Group, Mike offers counsel on licensing agreements, technology development, and complex commercial arrangements concerning tech products and services.

In his professional commitments, Michael aligns with several esteemed organizations, including the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, Association for Corporate Growth, the International Technology Law Association, and the Toronto Computer Lawyers’ Group, illustrating his broad engagement with the legal community.
