Parsa Farhangdoost

Parsa Farhangdoost, contributing as an associate within the Corporate Group, applies his expertise to mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, and the broad spectrum of corporate governance and commercial law.

He is professionally aligned with the Law Society of Ontario, indicating his commitment to the standards of legal practice.

Before his current role at Stikeman Elliott, Parsa gained valuable experience within the same firm, initially joining as a summer student and subsequently completing his articling period there.

Parsa's academic journey led him to the University of Ottawa, where he achieved his J.D. with cum laude honors in 2022, following his completion of an Honours B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Toronto in 2019. His official admission to the Bar in Ontario was in 2023.
