Sarah Visentin

Sarah Visentin is an associate in the Tax Group, focusing on both domestic and international aspects of income tax law for public and private entities.

She holds memberships with the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation and has completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program over three years.

Sarah's academic achievements include earning a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the course prize in Taxation of Business Enterprises, and a cum laude Honours B.A. from York University. She was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2019.

Her recent engagements include advising the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario on establishing a C$7B Private Equity Pool Fund, assisting AGF Management Limited with a strategic acquisition for a majority stake in Kensington Capital Partners Limited, and facilitating the sale of MAV Beauty Brands Inc.’s assets to Nexus Capital Management LP.
