Selena Lucien-Shaboian

Selena excels in guiding clients through the intricacies of capital market transactions, including but not limited to, the financing, public offerings, and private placements of securities. Her expertise also encompasses mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, corporate governance, and securities law compliance, providing comprehensive support across various industry sectors such as cannabis, mining, technology, renewable energy, and psychedelics.

As an active member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association, Selena contributes significantly to the legal community. Her knowledge and insights have led her to be a guest lecturer at Stanford Law School and a panelist at notable forums including the MaRS Discovery District, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Federation of Canadian Law Societies, among others.
