Tim began his journey with Blaney McMurtry as an articling student in 1991, securing his place as a partner by 1999 after being called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. His expertise covers a wide range of fields, defending engineers, accountants, mortgage brokers, medical professionals, and more against errors and omissions claims. Tim's practice also extends to representing directors and officers in D&O claims, tackling product liability issues, sports-torts, property damage, defamation cases, and class action defenses.
