Timothy Chubb, a seasoned partner within the realms of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Banking & Finance, specializes in private equity and venture capital deals, alongside managing domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and fund formations. His client roster spans a diverse array of sectors including private equity and venture capital entities, waste management, media and telecom, technology, and industrial and manufacturing firms. Tim also leads the Law Clerks Committee in the Toronto office.

Among his recent notable contributions, Timothy advised AGF Management Limited on its significant investment and partial acquisition of Kensington Capital Partners Limited. He also facilitated FGF Brands in its substantial C$1.2 billion acquisition of the Weston Foods bakery division. Furthermore, Timothy played a pivotal role in GFL Environmental Inc.'s acquisition of Waste Industries, merging to form North America's largest privately-held environmental services entity, with Waste Industries being valued at a total enterprise value of US$2.85 billion.
