Victoria Creighton

Victoria Creighton fulfills the role of Associate General Counsel at Stikeman Elliott, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's legal matters. Her focus areas include risk management, identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, and navigating contractual agreements. Victoria contributes her expertise to several internal committees, including those dedicated to professional ethics, mandate selection, claims and risk management, as well as crisis management and business continuity planning.

In addition to her responsibilities at the firm, Victoria engages in professional activities outside the office. She serves on the board of the Community Legal Aid Services Program at Osgoode Hall Law School and is a valued member of the Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Board. Her past roles have seen her leading the Young Advocates’ Standing Committee and participating as an ex-officio member of The Advocates’ Society's Board of Directors.

Victoria's rich background prior to her current role includes her tenure as a corporate and tax litigator at a leading national law firm. Her experience also spans strategy consulting for a multinational company, where she offered guidance to clients within the global resources sector. Furthermore, Victoria has shared her knowledge as an instructor, teaching ethics and professional responsibility at Queen’s University's Faculty of Applied Science.
