Warren Ferguson holds the position of associate within the Competition & Foreign Investment Group, specializing in reviewing transactions as dictated by the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act. He has also co-authored publications, including an article on misleading online advertising consent agreements to conclude 2023, and has written on the overhaul of Canada’s FDI regime, showcasing his contributions to legal scholarship and practice.
