Having started her journey with Blakes as an eager summer student in 2015 and returning to complete her articles in 2017/2018, Yasmina brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to her role. Before Blakes, she honed her skills at a global investment bank, adding a financial edge to her legal expertise.

Yasmina's recent accomplishments include supporting TruArc Partners in their strategic investment in New Directions Aromatics, guiding Schlesinger Group through its acquisition endeavors, and advising Apollo Global Management on its noteworthy acquisition of The Michaels Companies.
