HI MS Shao: I obtained your name from the Law Society of Ontario. I am looking for a prenuptial agreement in both English and Chinese. I am a retired widower, my wife died 1.5 years ago. I am interested in a woman from Changsha, China, a woman who understands no English. She is now visiting her daughter in Winnipeg, her daughter had married a Canadian. I own my house in Hamilton, a condo in Toronto and a condo in Richmond (Vancouver) BC. Every month I am sent a Government of Canada pension, OMERS pension, CPP and OAS. I do owe $50,000 to BMS for LOC. My friend owns a 66 SM condo in Changsha, China. Please give me a ballpark fee for the following alternatives, thank you: 1) to act as my lawyer, drafting the prenup in both English and Chinese. 2) OR to act as the long distance lawyer for my Chinese friend.
