Jared Greenspan

Jared Greenspan, a dynamic associate in our Toronto Litigation Group, specializes in navigating the intricate realms of criminal and health law. His work extends to handling regulatory and administrative proceedings, where he notably represents physicians through the Canadian Medical Protective Association across various judicial and tribunal levels.

Jared's legal prowess has seen him advocate for clients not just in Ontario's courts but also in the Court of Appeal and Court of King’s Bench in Alberta. His expertise spans a wide range of administrative boards and tribunals, including the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, among others.

Before his tenure at McCarthy Tétrault, Jared sharpened his skills at one of Canada’s top criminal law boutiques, tackling some of the country’s most significant criminal cases. His background in criminal law is complemented by a solid foundation in academics, holding a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was admitted to the bar in 2020.
