In his capacity, Andrew has been instrumental in significant transactions, including the strategic restructuring of Brookfield Corporation into two independent publicly traded entities, enhancing its global presence in asset management. His work with Luxfer Holdings on its strategic acquisition of Neo Performance Materials Inc., and his involvement in Hydrogenics' significant capital raise with L'Air Liquide S.A., underscore his ability to manage high-stake investments. Andrew played a pivotal role in the sale of Bombardier's Downsview Airport property, a landmark deal in Toronto's real estate market. Furthermore, his contribution to the merger of Choice Properties REIT with Canadian REIT, creating a powerhouse in Canada's real estate investment trust landscape, highlights his strategic foresight.
